Went back on my original idea now that I have time to work on this sutff again and now I'm looking at using Mk.IV as the base instead of Mk.Vb. Leaning more towards his S6-8 appearance with this look, though I don't know if/how I want to hack on the EVA chest yet.

It's been a month of work drama and uni midterms but I think I have just enough time to get working on the maine man himself with the new Infinite Spartan Pack (thanks @mrgruntington.bsky.social and co.) that released recently.

Following up on that Federal Trooper design from a few days ago, here's the best (only) General of the Feds himself, Donald Doyle.
I would have gotten this out sooner if it weren't for some issues with my main storage drive.
