We all know Putn's playbook by now. Covert assassination in other countries is his thing. He will never stop until he succeeds. This is why we must defeat him and push him out of Ukraine and bring them into the NATO Alliance. Once that happens if Putin tries again, there will be consequences.

NGO's can do a lot of good, but they do need accountability.
In that regard Rubio is right. But in all other aspects he is wrong.
