Facts and stats don't work when decision makers don't know how to use them. It seems like dumbing down is required more now than ever.

Facts and stats don't work when decision makers don't know how to use them. It seems like dumbing down is required more now than ever.
Sometimes adding a checkpoint to throttle volume is appropriate, but not in this case.

As someone who's career is in efficiency, step 1 is always to validate assumptions and you know they won't.
Elon is so easily distracted I hope he uses some lame excuse to nope out and contributes nil. But with more discussion and infighting the less actual harm they can do!

Still shocking to me that anyone can look at what Musk is doing - whether it be boosting vile race science and bigotry daily, objectifying women, excluding his definition of “undesirables” from society and wrecking democracy - as having the “welfare of the world at heart”.
