Federal judge ordered ICE release hundreds detained in Chicago after unlawful arrests violated agreement. 13 to be freed by Friday, 615 others by Nov 21.

A judge in Chicago ordered ICE to release hundreds of people arrested without warrants in violation of federal consent decree. It is unnecessary to seek independent representation to obtain relief under Nava. Be wary of scams if anyone solicits to represent Nava class members for a fee.
