if you have some kind of real connection to that period of history, if it wasn't just a complete abstraction, there's just no way to countenance the faintest "fascination" with it

like so many other problems today, this phenomenon is born out out of abstraction, and disconnection from the reality

I don’t have this problem with the Ortlieb roll-up panniers I use, but I do wish the UA luggage rack were a little longer and had dedicated pannier bars, so a rider could put on panniers on the side and something MK on top. I wear EU 45 shoes.

A huge issue with coverage of e-bikes is that journalists are taking their cues from police and local politicians, two groups that are fueling the negativity over e-bikes. There are legitimate concerns, but the coverage is so unbalanced.
