It's high time governments:
- Remove punitive laws that fuel GBV.
- Ensure gender-responsive #HarmReduction.
- Guarantee SRHR
- Involve affected communities in policymaking.
- Align policies with #HumanRights standards.

Women and gender-diverse people who use drugs experience violence at rates up to 25 times higher than the general population: police brutality, arbitrary detention, incarceration, child kidnappings, barriers to SRHR & harm reduction.
