ICE continues to place people on planes in defiance of court orders and through “errors” — including an Oct 25 Omni flight to Laos carrying an Alabama father who has lived in the U.S. since infancy, despite a judge temporarily blocking his removal.

The administration continues forced third-country transfer flights — sending people to countries where they aren’t citizens, including Guatemala, Honduras, Eswatini, and Ghana in October. As of Oct 31, there have been 21 such flights.
