The test ones from last night were good, but they’re even better after letting the filling sit over night. I bet it’s the grated garlic and diced roasted peppers working their way through.
Bubbly, melty, three cheese stuffed mushrooms on a rack over a sheet tray to keep them from getting soggy.

Approx 10 years ago I made an apple brown sugar ham glaze and it was nice. I was proud of it. One year I forgot apples, so I made it with peaches. I liked it more. Then I added balsamic vinegar the next year. Liked it more. This year, I forgot peaches. Used pears. Cherry balsamic. I like it more.

Making quick daikon pickles. Used a mixture of rice vinegar and black cherry balsamic. Arbol chiles. Good? Who knows, not me until tomorrow morning.

Pizza Kaiju impressed the hell out of me. The pepperoni slice was spot on with the cup ronis. The sauceless mashed potato pizza was mellow and buttery. One of the best crusts in San Diego. The curry fries were delicious and crinkle cut! Will be back, no question.
