Han is still acting president for the rest of today. Choi's resignation puts Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education Lee Ju-ho in line to take over as acting president from tomorrow.

The case has moved very slowly through the courts. Election law cases are supposed to get a first verdict in six months, but it took two years. Appeals are supposed to take no more than three months, but the first appeal took nearly five. A prompt ruling will remove some space for legal contention.

Think it is unlikely Han will come up with anything Lee can't at least buy time on, and more likely it will be something he can raise issue with. His priority is 100% going to be winning on June 3, so I think it would have to be a good enough deal that it would jeopardize his chances there.
