After talking it around with some people, I’m gonna pull back from the firm at least for now unless they have direct hire roles. I’ve got time before I need to “settle”.

And I’m kinda worried that they’ll be too aggressive? I dunno. They definitely seem to be getting things moving faster than when I apply directly, but I’m a stability guy, so the idea of having to look all over again or renegotiate if I do get picked up at the end of the contract is meh.

Thanks man. Now that we’re past close of business, or close enough to it, I can at least put the anxiety about the roles I’m waiting for info on aside till Monday I hope.

Luckily there was snow to shovel and I have a bunch of stuff I can list on eBay, zone out on that hopefully.
