I had a lead ship role when I worked for my crazy tiger king boss and I was not cut out for it at all and made me realize leadship was not something I ever wanted to do, I know it’s not for everyone. But they need to step up or step down

I actually like them a lot as a coworker and was excited when they took on the role, but a big part of leadership is delegating and coaching and there’s zero of this.

Comes in either stoned or mentally REALLY out of it. Does not try to organize and direct the team. Sees multiple problems in terms of bad choices/team work/not doing their job right and goes “well. Every one does stuff differently” it’s disheartening

I brought it up with my service Captain that we need to schedule people to come in early and was told “I tried but everyone complained”. Girlie Pop, IM the one complaining now. I’ve never seen anyone more checked out in a leadership role.

Which sucks. I love watching these international competitions where 2 people collabed and made something amazing. I wish I had that, but I also feel I wasted my 20’s in really awful friendships vs cultivating good friends I could make fun things with
