I realise once again how baffling this world has become when I see an advert on the telly and have to ask why the most important thing about a hairdryer is what colour it is… 🙄

Incidentally, I suppose it’s worth mentioning that these are being sold as “Collectors Editions” which suggests that there MAY be “Standard Editions” later (maybe)…?
Also… both seasons together. If you tot up the price of two seasons of Blake’s 7 Blu-rays (for example) there’s a kind of parity… 😱

One of the delights of my recent rewatch of series 1 of THE NEW AVENGERS is that my TV now finally accepts that the Gambit graphics are blue and not the black that they always seemed to be.
I mean, I KNOW that the red, white, & blue thing was always the intention, but it never looked like it to me.

Meanwhile, the rule of thumb with Film4 seems to be that if they show a film I quite fancy watching, it is almost certainly one that they don’t appear to have the streaming rights for… 🙄

Each time my partner watches GHOSTBUSTERS (2016) - it has been several times now - I find myself wondering why it was so disliked. It comes across as a perfectly enjoyable and entertaining film of its kind, to be honest.
