the leadership!!!!!! This is what I want people to understand. It’s so hard to get people to see this because they think it’s a straight line between the the actual business (China, U.S.) and people being exploited. They don’t see the leadership’s complicity and agency.

it’s everyone who needs or wants what’s on the continent and want to exploit. Thats the current states who exploit the current state of unfettered capitalism on the continent (India, China, Europe, Israel, UAE, Russia, etc.) and private individuals that aren’t state sanctioned.

Personally, I think there is a plan to use the Black petty bourgeoisie and bourgeoisie in Europe and Western Hemisphere to further bolster neocolonialism on the continent. They will be partners with African elites in managing Western interests on the continent.

They way they look at the continent as a place to fulfill their dreams of capitalism that can’t be fulfilled in the U.S.

The socialization in this situation is so deep that they don’t see themselves in other Black people. They are “other” to them.
