I checked the mattress out of fear of bugs but there was no sign of any. I wonder if I had spilled pencil sharpening shavings on it at one point or something..

Felt like going to sleep all day and was close to climbing back into bed several times but didn't because I wanted a good sleep but now at the worst possible time I have energy and no longer sleepy. Hate it here

Maybe I'll switch to taking my duloxetine in the morning instead too. I got used to taking it at night for a while but maybe its just not working out anymore rip

It sucks bc not even my melatonin is helping right now. I might have to try 2 pills tonight instead of one to see if I can turn the tide. I just want to sleep somewhat. I always complain about lack of sleep, but getting 4-6 hours at night is better than an hour or two snoozing 🫠

Even when I'm exhausted I cannot get to sleep easily. I might have to be more strict with myself about screen time before bed to see if that helps too. No screens for an hour before sleeping maybe, strictly audio or sketchbooking...
