The logical inference here is he doesn't think this was murder; that the people charged to defend the country cannot be called murderers for pulling triggers any more than financiers may be called criminals for making money. It's orderly for them to do it, even if they act incorrectly.

The thing I've never understood about cracking down on adults' access to ADHD medication is the fact that stimulants make people more productive whether they actually have ADHD or not. Shouldn't our capitalist overlords want exactly that?

I am a 56 year old man who could probably lose a few pounds, and is due for knee surgery in January. I took 4 showers and 2 naps yesterday. I consumed 10 mg of CBD edibles and 5mg of THC seltzer, and several beers. I still outrushed the Alabama Crimson Tide by three yards.
