I got it in my head somewhere that Rodriguez was already confirmed as unlikely to pitch in 2026. I can't find anything corroborating that now, but the existence of the trade makes me think it might still be likely anyhow...

I think a big part of the problem wrt streaming charts is that the concentration is still top-heavy. And no amount of recent buzz for big, new bands can compete with multiple decades of mythologizing and hyperfocus on "The Classics"

IDK. They're often not even fully wrong per se, it's just often the case where if your concern was ACTUALLY competitive balance stuff, you just wouldn't be taking that decision or approach at all! It's clearly post hoc
