that it will shoot ink everywhere. annoyingly it looks like they've raised the price a bunch recently though, so i think i got mine like 40% off the list price when i bought it, but a new one now costs like 4 times what i paid and im not sure that's really worth it anymore...

if you're eventually looking for an upgrade, i've really enjoyed the pilot custom 823, which writes like a metropolitan but even smoother somehow. i also love the huge ink capacity and the fact that it has like a valve that seals it shut so you can carry it around (esp on planes) without worrying
