That was a trip to browse through--heard Negativland on KALX this morning, somehow I never associated them with SST. Much more eclectic than I was picking up on at the time.

You're almost certainly right as my memory for music is not the best. But I weirdly associate these two tracks as almost flip-sides of a single in my head.

Ooh, I remember this from an ancient cassette sampler that also had The Minutemen (I think) doing Van Halen's "Ain't Talking Bout Love." So good.

I run into these questions occasionally with YouGov polls, but they are rare (and stressful! I get test anxiety with them, but agree it's a good idea).

Ooh, yum! Never had hominy, it makes me think of when you add pasta to a soup and it grows enormous. Like, it's one of those dinosaur sponge capsules but really pieces of corn.

Unrelated to the point of your post, but it was delightful to see this image and then look on my wall and see it here as well. I sometimes think he's holding a hockey mask as a spooky season bonus.

It's really just an issue of FINDING one as they're a discontinued product (there's one for sale down where I used to live but the seller doesn't want to ship thus far). Really just me doing my ridiculous quest thing, but TY! <3

I can't speak to approach, but I'd sincerely like him to articulate what his endgame is. So far he's made very few suggestions that seem designed to make health care more accessible while also sowing a lot of confusion. How is that supposed to help?

He passed in 2011, but every time I see your name here it reminds me of how hard he laughed at Brak singing Alicia Bridges' "Disco Round" when we had SGC2C on one day.
