In Kostiantynivka, a man leaving his brother’s funeral, killed by a Russian drone, was himself struck by an FPV. He suffered a broken leg and shrapnel wounds. Fighters from the "Predator" brigade heard the blast and his cries, rushed in, gave first aid and evacuated him.

ICE's "one weird trick" is that it's a civil enforcement agency vested with "quasi" powers.

ICE uses police powers while claiming that bcz. they're "civil enforcement" the laws, rules, regs, prohibitions & constitutional protections established for "criminals" don't apply to or restrain ICE action
