And no, Josh isn't in the photo, it looks like the Pokes' defense is on the field here. There were 8 inches of snow between kickoff and when my daughter left at halftime because she was frozen.

As well as can be expected, I guess. It was laparoscopic, so no huge incisions to deal with, but still, they removed organs, so there's definitely a lot of healing to be done. I got to go home same-day and sleep in my own bed, and I think that's helping.

I had major surgery on Monday. My pre-op type just in case I needed blood was done on Oct. 3. They had to run it again because the type could have changed? Spoiler alert: it didn't.
