This week for #RandomGameSaturday, I dug into the ol' Game Boy drawer and picked out Bubble Ghost. A challenging little puzzle game with a catchy level theme.
Recently saw a remake where they added a story, a bunch of stages, and even boss fights, but made the ghost look like a nerd.

Pretty sure it's still #RandomGameSaturday in some places, and since it was the anniversary of the DS the other day, here's Contact - a weird little DS RPG I don't think I ever actually finished. Should give it another go maybe.

These were the games either I or my mom bought before she passed away. Since moving out on my own in 2008, my collection has expanded by a lot (mostly thanks to winning a nice auction), but I consider the above the games I "grew up with".

In case anyone is wondering what the big bunch of Dutch text above the CD is saying, it's almost the same as on the yellow insert slip for the big box edition. Except after the handcuffs bit, it says: "So, the install spell worked after all. But just to be sure, don't spill any custard on the CD..."

The first Discworld game, as distributed in the Netherlands (evident by the Dutch text on the cover and manual). Having a "book" release for CD-ROMs here wasn't very common, I actually only have one other game like this.

The requirements aren't too hard, only thing I'm struggling with is getting the average amount of viewers high enough. The rest is just a matter of sticking to it.

While not the first roguelike I ever played (that'd be Dragon Crystal on SMS), it is the first one I owned. Don't think I ever finished it, though! I've only recently started appreciating RL's more... might be time to try it again.

This week on #RandomGameSaturday... The first thing I ever backed on Kickstarter. The so-called "fixed" version of Cheetahmen 2.
Was it worth it? Hell fucking no.
Do I regret buying it? Also no.
The included comic is a sight to behold on its own.
