I’m a trained Economist and so very familiar with evidence-led thinking - but it isn’t everything

I feel like you are bringing in a lot of loaded experience that you’ve had into our little thread here

Opinions and political perspective have a valid place in the public court. Evidence and analysis also have a valid place in the public court. It is foolish and dangerous to pretend otherwise

One does not need to be specific in all slices of analysis. It is important to discuss broad narratives to understand how systems are performing at the personal level; too often discussions have been shut down by those demanding implementation details, often without really caring about those details
