Police arrested the 18 year old driver. He was charged with stunt driving in the spring. He should never have a license for the rest of his life.

Was walking home from work and suddenly what looked like intense lighting lit up the sky 500m down the street. Lights on north side went out. Looks like a speeder/red light runner was t-boned by a left turner and spun into an electrical pole and then spun half a block down the street.
