Saw Wicked: For Good, and I understand why people think it’s not as fun. … It’s not the fun part of the story.

Also, I’m weirded out that I thought JBai looked hottest in his final scene.

Knowing I don’t want to participate in Black Friday makes it so much less stressful to go about my day without worrying about some deal or sorting through a thousand emails

Oh my god. Level 12 and I just realized you can use lumina to gain benefits on unequipped pictos. Some of those fights would not have required parrying to survive …
Getting into Expedition 33 again. I can now parry/dodge, like, 12% of the time ☠️

Venus Day blessings!

Post workout shirtless mirror selfie to celebrate. I’ve been enjoying my French toast casserole and home baked bread this week, but still putting in the work at the gym.

I was legit proud of my performance on today’s WOD! (After lifting and before compromised finisher)

Seriously considering giving up Adobe CC for the first time in … a lot of years. I mostly just use InDesign at this point, but I have used almost the whole CC suite in previous years.

Who else has flipped the switch?

(📢) What Trump did today was not a SHOULD impeach, it was a MUST impeach.

He said anyone who challenges his authority—an authority he doesn’t have—to give illegal orders to the military must be executed.

That is a prima facie case for impeachment.

Articles should be drawn up.

Does @forbes.com have copy editors anymore? The last two posts that have shown up in my feed here both have obviously wrong spellings of homophones in their headlines. Is it all voice to text?

A tarot or oracle spread for the New Moon in Scorpio

Spread: New Moon in Scorpio
Rebuilding from the seeds of desire

This season we have the New Moon in Scorpio (28º Scorpio 12') happening November 20, 2025 (1:47AM US Eastern Time). Where does that land in your chart? (Solid 4th House for me.)

Some of you never paid enough attention to professional wrestling and it shows. A surprising “face turn” always, always, ALWAYS ends back in a return to “heel”.

This is of course a post about Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Before and after baking and then a big slice. (Went back in the oven for 10 minutes after tasting the delicious but eggy and wet slice.)

And now for French toast casserole. It’ll be interesting to see how this fluffy milk bread does instead of stale French bread. This is pre-egg+milk and overnight soak.

Made milk bread for the first time. Over floured the surface before second proving, but overall it looks good and smells amazing! We don’t usually eat bread in this house, so this is mostly for the ancestors. But I’ll have a slice or two at some point.

When Massachusetts passed a "millionaires tax" in 2023, conservatives claimed the rich would flee.

But two years later, they haven't — and MA has collected $5.7B for infrastructure and public education.

A reminder that positive change can still happen at the state level.

NGL … the new show Plur1bus moves. When each of the first two episodes ended, I said, “That was an hour?!” I can’t tell you the last time I wasn’t very aware of how much time was passing while watching a show. I think I looked at my phone once for at most 30 seconds during it.

New: Google has chosen a side in Trump's mass deportation campaign. Google is hosting a CBP facial recognition app to hunt immigrants; no indication Google will remove. At same time Google takes down apps for reporting ICE sightings

What are your favorite indie publications? Who are some of your favorite freelance and indie reporters and commentators?

Can we make this a thing?

I can see the airport from my apartment, but it’s several miles away, and I never heard airplanes. Now I hear them a couple times an hour.
Things are fine.
