I would add as well environment independent property (no reference to environment variable and not taking via network)

One could consider as well Michael Feathers definition of Unit Test (as list of desirata for unit tests). I suspect properties of good tests will be context-dependent on type of tests (as good property - based test will differ from good unit test)

There are test code smells in X-Unit Test Patterns of Gerard Meszaros (see xunitpatterns.com)

Is there some reason not to use refactorings in pycharm? (Except for cases, when refactoring code in __main__ section, where Pycharm is over-eager to apply refactorings)?
