Indeed. At an election night get together inner city Melbourne voters told friends that they’d switched to Labor because the Greens Party at the time lacked the leadership to negotiate, an essential skill needed to navigate a democracy. Unlike the Liberals, Greens politicians can learn from defeat.

What a difference with women in charge of the Greens.
They listened and engaged in constructive dialogue for the best outcomes for Australia .
So many male combative politicians who just want to fight and yell over each other . . Over 90% of those who are kicked out in QT are men .

I fundamentally agree with Ed Husic here. Our politicians setting the housing policy that directly enriches themselves through vast property portfolios is wrong on so many levels. No wonder negative gearing and CGT has survived as long as it has.
