I've never received a BLUE ALERT before. When did they start this? What lead up to the ASSAULT, and why did he run away if he is armed and dangerous? I need more info, if I need to do law enforcement's job. I'm willing to help in amber/silver alerts. Not so much with this. It doesn't sound serious.
