Yes and no. I’m housebound and miss people but seeing them is hard when they don’t understand OCD. Being around people is often tiring and stressful but I feel lonely a lot 🤷♀️ #OCDTalkHour

Hi Lucy/all 🥰 Glad you’re ok and well done for getting some things done! I think it’s better to do things the OCD way than avoid them. I did some tasks too. I’m very stressed but detached so sort of ok. Not a clue how to do everything I need to #OCDTalkHour

I can’t think of anything joyful to share but penguins cheer me up so I looked for some penguin ballerinas. Here if you need me and I hope you feel better soon 💕
