Part of the Division art style is having a colored light source. If you look at the color of a sidewalk in the first, it'll be blue, and the second will be light brown (or green with trees around).
You can always play around with a correction filter to impart that feel.

There's the usual tradeoff where you can get it done twice as fast with twice the staff (or, a bit more than that due to new communication overhead). I'd rather be on the smaller team.

I always remember an incident with a former roommate, when I said I preferred my burgers without cheese. He got genuinely upset, nearly yelling "How can you not like cheese!?". I told him I'd like it if they used better cheese. He became sad and sat down.
