My bff in college was allergic to peanuts & tree nuts and we went out to eat once & there were pecans in something. I sat up all night listening to make sure she was still breathing😭 Hope the Benadryl does the trick!

After seeing the forecast on Wednesday, I panic-cancelled an out of town doctors appointment for Friday. I feel like I have exhausted my lifetime allotment of white-knuckle road trips through lake-effect snow 😬

We used to get individual slices at Wegmans, but I haven't been up towards Buffalo lately. I saw this recipe on line that was labeled intermediate and I thought, heck, I've been cooking & baking for 50+ years, I must be intermediate by now🤣

A layer of cake w/ pumpkin, cinnamon, & cloves baked in a jelly roll pan. Roll in parchment to cool, then unroll, spread with a layer of sweetened cream cheese, roll again & chill. I'll post a pic after I plate it😄 First attempt, it's not super pretty but I think it'll be tasty -it sure smelled good
