House inspection went well today! There are some big ticket items that need to be addressed but my realtor was like “none of this is overwhelming or super unexpected for a house this age” and just items we’ll have to try to negotiate with the seller!!! My parents got to see it too 🥺 I’m so excited!

The house we are under contract on literally has a driveway with a basketball hoop and our projected close is 12/12 (eras extended version and doc drop day & one day before Tay’s birthday) so I think this is Taylor Swift approved 🫡
