I avoid reddit like an absolute plague lmao. There isn't a fandom for this particular thing on there since it's a band and people get suuuuuper arsey if you bring fandom stuff into it (they just want to enjoy the band and music which is totally fair).

I also feel like I get much more meaningful interactions here. Like people are genuinely interested and that feels nicer than just empty likes.

I'd considered it for my fandom but they are apparently even worse than tumblr. I've watched people get cancelled by the same people who did it to me go and swarm them again over there to the point they haven't posted in over a year. Idk if they've moved accounts or what but it put me off trying.

They're so intelligent and derpy all at once too 🤧

I'm sorry for how you feel right now, but you definitely haven't ruined your life beyond repair. It'll pass (though holy shit it would be nice if it would do so faster I know) and you'll come out the end a better person for it 🫂

I'm probably in the minority here but I would still work. I have a very cushy 4 days a week job and I absolutely need the stability/routine and socialising that comes with it as much as I'd like to tell myself the opposite. I might cut down to like 3 days? idk.
