Palais de Reine - A game I'd known about for a long time and immediately bought to try out when it was released in English. It is ALSO about an unprepared queen candidate trying to win her throne, but with much more of a strategy-game approach rather than a VN/stat-raiser one.

LLTQ obviously took some influences from Sailor Moon and that is also still a thing here. Think of us as being in the Crystal Tokyo era. We are in the future, the world has sparkly crystal technology, the magical girls are still around but probably work a bit differently, and hey, space travel now.

The first and most blatantly obvious is, of course, Long Live The Queen. This is literally the next game in that series, and they have much in common - the universe, the Lumen magic, the central concept of a princess thrust into an unexpected position of power after a tragedy...

They DID just institute a block on UK people viewing any NSFW content - for us it's no longer just delisted, we're completely banned. The UK laws came into force this week.
