Heard Andrew Hawkey explaining on ABC radio how it was going to take 30 people 2.5 hrs to just unfold the ballots before counting begins at one of the pre poll sites. Having scrutineered several times now it seems to me a very inefficient way of doing it - why don’t they unfold and sort in one step?
