I've been having fun making mechanics for my TTRPG fishing game, but I'm not sure where I want to take it scope -wise.
Should it just be a plug and play system that is entirely system agnostic,or should I add build out a system for those looking for something more indepth?

I figured some rules around hooking a fish and a means to 'fight' the fish as you reel it in.
Right now I'm testing to find the fun and see about tweaking numbers to better fit the game feel of catching a fish.
