The DC shooting is a Reichstag Fire.

Trump granted the man asylum this spring. Trump agreed with the program that brought him here in 2021. There was full vetting. Trump’s DC op is why this happened.

Now it’s being used to end all immigration from nonwhite countries. And undo the Biden presidency.
The Afghan national accused of shooting two National Guard members near the White House this week underwent thorough vetting by counterterrorism authorities before entering the U.S., according to people with direct knowledge of the case.
Counterterrorism officials vetted Guard shooting suspect before he entered U.S.
Individuals with knowledge of the process that Rahmanullah Lakanwal went through contradicted senior Trump officials’ claim that he was not scrutinized.

It should go without saying, but the president has no authority to do this, and anyone reporting the story needs to say as such.

RIP, the great Stoppard. His last play, Leopoldstadt, was an ambitious small-scale epic of an extended family's ascension post-pogroms in Viennese society and demise during the Holocaust. All the signatures: dense dialog, challenging structure, and an added autobiographical component.

Sounds high to me.

"Trump’s approval rating has fallen 5 points to 36%, lowest of his second term, while disapproval has risen to 60%. His prior second-term low was a statistically similar 37% in July, his all-time low 34% in 2021, after the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol." Gallop

Let us dare to toast Brazil, a nation unafraid to embrace a foundational resistance to authoritarianism. When confronted with a criminal blowhard, they have the wisdom to lock the mofo up.

November 28, 1942. 83 years ago today. Coffee was rationed. As coffee prices now soar due to a willfully negligent, hubristic, economically incompetent leader, irony duly noted.

Trump’s priority as the US economy teeters: “Multiple administration officials have acknowledged that Trump has at times veered into micromanagement of the ballroom project, holding frequent meetings about its design and materials.” www.washingtonpost.com/politics/202...
Trump wants a bigger White House ballroom. His architect disagrees.
The president and James McCrery had argued in recent weeks over the project’s size, with Trump pushing him to expand the ballroom.

Ukraine,
Trump is massively unpopular right now. The Republican led Congress could fall any day with people revolting his administration.

So please disregard any surrender negotiations coming from America now.

This incredibly irresponsible alcoholic idiot is calling for 500 additional troops in Washington. Because that won't incite more violence.

Everything about this silly "Secretary of War" is about saber rattling and pretending he is so strong. He really must have been picked on in school.

He's responsible for this young woman's presence in Washington. The very reason she was in harm's way and became a target. And yet all too predictably, he thinks of himself, confronting the unnecessary tragedy of her murder. He's an abomination, by any known yardstick.
Q: Do you plan to attend Sarah's funeral?

TRUMP: I haven't thought about it yet, but it's certainly something I can conceive of. I love West Virginia. You know, I won West Virginia by one of the biggest margins of any president anywhere.
