Reuters reached out to everyone that Trump or his subordinates singled out publicly for retribution, and reviewed hundreds of official orders, directives and public records. The result: the most comprehensive accounting yet of his campaign of payback.

1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

Transgender care saves lives.
Study In The Journal Of Pediatrics Finds Trans Youth Care Lowers Suicidality, Few Detransition
The groundbreaking study found that suicidality dropped for transgender youth receiving hormone therapy by nearly 70%, with only 7 patients of 432 discontinuing treatment.

How did vaccines become politicized? What could the answer to that question possibly be?

Can someone ask MAHA defense attorney Eric Widera what has been his favorite part of Bhattacharyas leadership thus far?

It is the purges, censorship, or canceled clinical trials?

Twitter now displays where accounts are from and it has confirmed that too many of the political accounts are out of country bots.

Why are folks still there? To argue with bots? A waste of precious time while enriching the richest man on Earth.

And for too long they were treated as “reasonable doctors” who just had a different viewpoint and were often unfairly maligned.

That was always obviously absurd. And hope we can put that myth to rest and not make excuses for bad faith actors moving forward.

In a new phase 3 trial, people randomly assigned to receive a flu shot made with modified mRNA were 34.5% less likely to be diagnosed with an influenza-like illness than people given a standard flu shot made with inactivated virus.

We need to stop the anti-science attacks against mRNA vaccines!

Observational data show restarting ACEi/ARB within 3–6 months is linked to lower mortality, while SGLT2i & statins also reduce death/CKD progression. Reintroduce when indicated, monitor K+ & kidney function. #AKI #KidneyWk

2. Many people in govt do weird jobs that require specific expertise and are hard to understand. Trump admin just assumes they have no value. But closing wells in National Parks?
