Water resources -- computational hydraulics (not the army general)
We used to rent a cabin at one of the beaches on the north shore of Rottnest for a week. The quokkas would always be around begging -- even when you don't feed them. They seem eternally optimistic that this time you'd give in.

PS. Don't try to double the recipe -- just make 2 batches. Doubling doesn't seem to blend correctly in my blender.

Final thoughts -- the maltodextrin is 2/3 of the calories but isn't very sweet. You can adjust sweetness by changing the ratio of malto/fructose. Also, if your wet ingredients are sweet you may want to decrease fructose.

A note on goo thickness -- the mix will get thicker in the refrigerator. Also, when you use something like fresh raspberries the natural pectin can thicken it up. If too thick, just add another tbsp of water. If too thin, then add another tbsp of tapioca starch or another 30 g of maltodextrin.

At this point, I usually put the mix in a large plastic bottle in the fridge until I'm ready to fill some hydration flasks. I use the hydrapak 5 oz the flasks, so this recipe fills 3.

Add sugar:
Put the wet/dry mixture in a blender and turn it on low. Begin adding sugars SLOWLY. I start with the maltodextrin and use a funnel to control the flow rate. Once the malto is done, slowly add the fructose. Once it's all in, spin the blender on medium to make sure it's all well-mixed

Mixing:

Measure all the small amount dry ingredients (i.e. everything but sugars) and mix them thoroughly with the wet ingredients. I takes a fair bit of stirring to get it all dissolved.

Wet ingredients:
You need about 13-14 tablespoons These include liquid flavors and water. Below is for a lemon-lime mix that I like

Lime juice 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Water* 9 tbsp

*You can substitute 1 tbsp of vodka for 1 tbsp of water. Gives it another level of flavor

I hear you. My policy is that if I can't review it today or tomorrow I can't review it. I'm trying to be kind to next week's me.

...then use the CO2 inflator to get the 2nd bead to pop. Although this method is tedious, it hasn't ever failed me on a stubborn tire.

Another trick if you have problems getting a tubeless tire seated -- before you add sealant, pull out the tubeless valve and put in a tube and inflate to get the beads to pop. Then unseat only one side of the tire to get the tube out and install tubeless valve....
