No, you’re right. Not certain, but triangulating a bit from Edwards’ and Lomax’s wiki entries I think this was recorded in Clarksdale in 1942, which means it was probs cut to disk on a Presto disc recorder.

I’d be thinking about how to mount something like this to four struts and then to the chassis (it’s from here but there are lots of -laces and this is just what came up first when searching trakracer.eu/collections/... )

You’ll like this though. Needed some sort of guide for when I reposition the telly in front of the sim, so I measured to the centre and attached a plectrum with duct tape. 9 months and it’s still happily stuck there doing its job 😆

It has to be rock solid against 100kg force and it’s mounted at 3 points, so the only way to raise the tray’s overall fight is to replace the lower attachment with the arrow with the same but higher/larger, or add a similar part between the existing ones as a spacer.

I then modded it to make it recline further, by drilling extra holes for the backrest support bar, and got some furniture risers to make the whole thing higher and also tilt back more (they’re double height at the front)
