Oh I’m fine. I’ve been doing alternate day fasting for like 8 months now and my body has plenty of fuel to burn off even on days I don’t eat so I don’t feel sick or tired at all.

Obviously I don’t recommend this for most people who are at a healthy weight though.

lol I’m so used to being able to keep understanding what they’re saying and I just don’t think about it so my brain is instantly confused when I look away and don’t understand what’s being said anymore lol I am slowly, very casually trying to learn Korean though
