They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.

I am beyond upset, YouTube has age restricted my video tonight for thinking it depicts real actual gambling. The video is on CloeverPit and contains no real gambling, but does contain a massive charity push for The Trevor Project. Last time this happened I almost quit YouTube

We keep talking about this like it’s a debate, but this is a self-explanatory phenomenon: If A.I. was good, it wouldn’t be IN THE NEWS when a famous artist starts using it. No one writes an article about Miyazaki trying out a new brush.
I ended up spending $10 extra on a few snacks because morale is low and so desire for snacks is high hahaha
Anyway, I'm still at risk of not paying our utility bill and I do not want my roommates to hate me 😭Lol
Work on the queue resumes tomorrow

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:
"This is to acknowledge that we know what is happening and what needs to be done. Only you know if we did it".
