I have experience in this area, both personally and with my son.
ADHD meds are not a cure all, often have bad side effects, and if used daily become less effective over time. Kids shouldn't be on them unless it's necessary.
Putting a 3 year old on ADHD meds is insane.

Good. This might counter the NC gerrymander that no one talks about for some reason.
It's infuriating to hear everyone act like Texas was the first state to try to rig the house when NC has been redrawing the maps every couple of years since 2010 to turn our 7/7 House delegation into a 11/3 one.

I couldn't find anything that would reverse the maps if Texas didn't end up using new maps.
Looks like California is committed to the new maps until 2030.
