Is there any kind of method for supermarkets to decide whether to give a price per kg or per 100g? I have noticed that stuff in glass jars seems to get the "per 100g" treatment a bit more, maybe because it's coded as "fancypants luxury item in dainty portions".

I'm in the UK where we use both metric and imperial. Here's a screenshot from the Screwfix website (well-known shop for trade tools etc) showing them selling a 12-inch wrench where they specify a 40mm jaw opening!

This is what I see at the top of the page when I log into the Pharmadoctor site. You can see how someone who's already been through a LOT of nonsense with them would think "shit, that's next week, why didn't they tell me?"

Update: I rang the pharmacy directly and

- they had no record of the appointment that was "confirmed" on the Pharmadoctor system
- it would not even have been possible for them to offer an appointment for that date/time.

So the Pharmadoctor site just kind of...hallucinated it?
