End of Week 80. Back to "regular" weigh-ins (no brace or extra clothes), so up +8.6lbs from morning of surgery to today – honestly not bad for a month of no exercise and poor diet
Resumed pre-op cardio routine Tuesday, ~1000cal/day. Have not yet resumed calorie-restricted diet, working back to it 😆

After part of September, and all of October and November, I've deleted 4+ gigs of stuff

Also the app they use for tracking PT is somewhat imprecise, with a headline describing what to do but then a "Notes" section that says to do something differently

There is no online payment. It's a manual form, and you mail a check.
The check they cashed in 2016 paid for a license I didn't receive until 2023 -- a year after I closed down the firm
