(3/3) During sets however I try not to let my longer = better bias get to me.
However I made a mix recently where sometimes instead of cutting the second half completely. I change up the middle to be shorter and letting the second half come earlier, especially if there's variety that calls for it!

(2/3) Me personally I don't feel the need to limit everything to just the intros (Which nowadays are usually just builds) and 1st drops. Whenever I do a mix for CrossChunes, I play tracks in full unless they aren't out yet. And even then I try to make transitions longer and unique.

(1/3) I feel like that is the standard formula yes. Radio shows & Music Podcasts that used to be the opposite are starting to lean towards half tracks as well.
Especially when it's purely online focused. Everything online has to be fast paced in order to stay interesting.
