I saw Goku Midnight Eye back in the late 90s, but forgot about it until a couple years ago I was like "What was that anime with the bike woman... did I dream that?!?" and then I found it and watched the episodes again alongside Ninja Scroll. Good stuff

Thanks. Mega Man Maker is AMAZING! and it's free. I've spent hundreds of hours playing around with it over the years. It even has online featires where you can upload your levels and play other people's levels.

Thanks. It took a few hours, and I used MS Paint to do the art, and then Aseprite to animate it. I just looked at video footage of people talking and copied the mouth positions, and made sure to move the cheaks, chin and nose appropriately.
