IMO it adds tension and weight to a game's life/health system. being low on health, far away from a check point or possibly even lost somewhere on the map, and being unsure if i should push ahead or try to circle back to safety.

tho for bosses, id always try to spend my shit so as to not worry

That's a big yes. My boundaries hasn't really changed since posting this one. CNC fine, but SA nono. Adding no feedism to it too.

These two in particular I'd love to see more of.
