Yup, and they've already done that and it's perfect, I guess there's something like 9 more wicked books and 38 more Oz books but the article reads more like they're just wanting to do a franchise not tell the story.

So I've been made aware of an American power rangers-like show from the 90's and it's crazy. It's got latex, macro, robots, muppets, slime, songs that tell you what's happening, melee weapons that fire lasers, It has it all.
