I make it a point to compliment dark skin when I see it. First, I think it’s so beautiful. Second, it’s to combat all the cruel, denigrating messaging and bullying I experienced as a kid who loved to swim. Opening and closing the pool every single day. I get inky dark. These tan lines took 2 days.

I like taking pictures of autumn’s colorful trees so much. These were done on an iPhone XR with default camera settings. I’ve never played around with the settings. As pretty as these look, they are even more beautiful in real life. I want a real camera now.

That shoebill stands 6 ft and snaps neck.
That harpy eagle just looks creepy to with those eyes set in the front and that weird hairdo. I feel like it’s not 100% bird. Something else is in there. I don’t know. It makes me uncomfortable though.

Best $ I’ve spent. I can’t run with my dog. I can walk or stand still and swing it and she’ll chase. I’m now sitting indoors (it’s freezing. I’m not going out there) swinging it left and right. She cannot resist. Her prey drive is thru the roof. She’s now exhausted and panting hard. Get you one!
