Taken just outside of our house this morning: cloud iridescence near/over Trondheim.
Sometimes a sudden change of plans gifts you with the best, most beautiful 👀 views. I couldn't drive away bc some trees were pressed on our road by heavy snow loads (4). I put in reverse, parked the car + went for a hike in my neighbourhood. And feeling the ❄️ in my boots wasn't that bad.

Golden jackal Canis aureus :: We analyzed genetic data from individuals found at the forefront of the expansion, Iberian Peninsula, Spain + Fennoscandia, Finland + Norway - beyond the Arctic Circle. DNA from a golden jackal in Norway + Spain; this is a first.
